Steps
Translated from the Korean original. Amounts are as in the original recipe.
- Slice the beef into 3 mm slices and toss with ground black pepper; finely chop the thin green onion, red chili pepper, and cooked abalone innards.
- Mix the minced dried shrimp into the flour, then coat the beef with the flour and then the beaten egg, in that order.
- Mix the chopped thin green onion, red chili pepper, and cooked abalone innards with the vinegar-soy sauce ingredients to make the abalone innards sauce.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil (10 ml), and cook the coated beef for 4 minutes on each side.
- Put the grilled beef on a plate and serve with the abalone innards sauce.
💡 TipSeasoning the meat with black pepper instead of salt removes gamey smells and seasons the dish.
