Nisholda, also spelled as nishallo, nishaldo, or nisholda is a sweet dish that resembles white jam, only thicker. It is popular in Afghan, Iranian, Tajik, and Uzbek cuisines. Nisholda is also a traditional dish among the Bukharan Jews.
